The NBPA is launching PLYRS UNTD, a new consumer-facing brand aimed at monetizing the collective NIL rights of 500-plus NBA players. The initiative will focus on content, events, licensing, merch, and fan experiences as part of efforts to build a more visible player-driven commercial identity. It debuts with a campaign produced by Kendrick Lamar’s Project 3 and narrated by Kyrie Irving, featuring stars like Stephen Curry and Jalen Brunson.

A24 is making a major push into artificial intelligence through a new joint venture with Google DeepMind. Timothée Chalamet and Selena Gomez are heading to animation. The pair will lead the voice cast of Not Alone, a new alien adventure from Universal and Illumination set for release on April 16, 2027. Getty Images surged as much as 145% on Monday after announcing a licensing deal with OpenAI that will bring its image library into ChatGPT’s search and discovery features. The agreement marks a notable shift for Getty, which has been pressured by generative AI disruption across the stock image business. Financial terms were not disclosed, and it’s unclear whether the content will be used to train future OpenAI models. The move adds to OpenAI’s growing roster of media licensing partnerships.

Running on TAG Heuer’s OS with Qualcomm Snapdragon hardware, the watch blends luxury design with advanced golf data tracking for use on and off the course.
