Kevin Hart has entered a strategic partnership with Authentic Brands Group to co-own and manage his brand, expanding it into new markets using Authentic’s global platform. As part of the deal, Hart also becomes a shareholder in Authentic, which manages over 50 major brands and reaches nearly one billion social media followers. Authentic’s portfolio generates $32 billion in annual retail sales worldwide and includes iconic names such as Reebok, Champion, David Beckham, and Marilyn Monroe. 

John Harbaugh has been fired as head coach of the Baltimore Ravens, the team announced on Tuesday. Harbaugh has led the Ravens since 2008, compiling a 180-113 record in his time on the Baltimore sideline. He won his only Super Bowl in just his fifth season as a head coach in 2012, and was named the AP NFL Coach of the Year in 2019 when the team went 14-2 en route to an AFC North title, one of six Harbaugh won throughout his tenure.

Universal Music Group (UMG) is partnering with Nvidia to develop what they call “responsible AI” for music, combining UMG’s vast catalog with Nvidia’s AI infrastructure. The collaboration will focus on advancing human music creation, ensuring fair compensation for rightsholders, and improving music discovery and personalization. UMG plans to extend Nvidia’s Music Flamingo model to analyze full-length tracks, capturing elements like harmony, structure, timbre, lyrics, and cultural context. The initiative also aims to boost fan engagement and provide artists with enhanced AI-powered creation tools.

Marking another major change at Condé Nast, Will Welch is stepping down as editor of GQ, he said Tuesday morning. Welch, who became GQ’s editor in 2018 and global editorial director in 2020, will move to Paris to take on a new role with Pharrell, Louis Vuitton’s men’s creative director. No successor has been named yet. His departure follows a series of high-profile exits and layoffs at Condé Nast, including leadership changes at American Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Teen Vogue.

Tracee Ellis Ross and her production company, Joy Mill Entertainment, have signed a multi-year deal with Fox Entertainment Studios. The deal includes a first-look agreement for scripted content and an overall deal for unscripted programming, covering comedy, drama, animation, and reality formats. Adriana Ambriz will continue as Joy Mill’s head of development, a role she has held since 2020. Ross is widely known for her roles on Black-ish and Girlfriends, both of which ran for eight seasons.

Lorde, Stray Kids, and A$AP Rocky will headline the 2026 Governors Ball in New York City, returning to Flushing Meadows Corona Park from June 5-7 during New York Music Month. The lineup also features Baby Keem, Clipse, Kali Uchis, Jennie, Major Lazer, Japanese Breakfast, Wet Leg, and many other artists. Fans can join the SMS presale on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. ET, with public tickets going on sale at 11 a.m. Options include general admission, VIP, cabanas, and pit viewing for one- or three-day passes.

The 2026 Australian Open will feature a record $111.5 million AUD ($74.9 million USD) prize pool, a 16% increase from last year. Winners will earn $4.15 million AUD ($2.79 million USD), up 19% from 2025, while first-round losers receive a record $150,000 AUD ($100,750 USD), benefiting wildcard entrants. Qualifiers also see a 16% pay increase across all rounds. The tournament’s qualifying rounds start on Jan. 12, with the main draw running from Jan. 18 to Feb. 1.

Multiple reports suggest Sebastian Stan is in talks to join The Batman Part II, potentially reuniting with his Avengers co-star Scarlett Johansson. If confirmed, he would join Robert Pattinson, who returns as Batman in the DC Studios sequel directed and written by Matt Reeves. Production is set to begin in spring, with the film scheduled for release on Oct. 1, 2027. Stan, known for his decade-long role as the Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, most recently appeared in Thunderbolts*.

Jeremy Allen White and Pusha T star in their first Louis Vuitton campaign, showcasing Pharrell Williams’ India-inspired spring collection. The campaign features atmospheric, travel-themed images, including Pusha T in an oatmeal-colored suit on a train platform with Vuitton’s exclusive animal-motif luggage. Williams drew inspiration from a research trip to New Delhi, Mumbai, and Jaipur, as well as Wes Anderson’s The Darjeeling Limited (2007). The campaign, echoing Vuitton’s iconic 2007 Art of Travel series, launched across print and digital platforms, with the capsule collection available in stores on Feb. 5.

The TGL is expanding into women’s golf with the launch of WTGL, a joint venture between the LPGA and TMRW Sports — led by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy — set to begin play for the 2026-27 season. The league will mirror the men’s TGL format, with matches at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, featuring mic’d-up players and the signature “Hammer.” Details on teams, players, and investors are not yet announced, as organizers say more information about WTGL will be revealed in the coming months.

Bruno Mars recently shared that his new solo album is finished, marking his first solo project since 2016’s Grammy-winning 24K Magic. The music hasn’t stopped since then, thankfully, dropping An Evening With Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak in 2021, which celebrated ’70s funk and swept the Grammys. In 2024, he teamed up with BLACKPINK’s Rosé on the global No. 1 hit “APT.,” which earned three Grammy nominations. No word on when we can expect a release date.
