Tyler, the Creator’s CHROMAKOPIA is a certified chart-topper, with Billboard reporting Monday that it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 list. It’s his third album to debut at No. 1, joining 2021’s Call Me If You Get Lost and 2019’s Igor. His seventh studio record opens with 299,500 equivalent album units earned domestically in the week ending Oct. 31, making it the best week of his career for units sold. Additionally, the album boasts only four days of data compared to the full week that most albums have due to Tyler dropping on a Monday instead of the typical Friday release.

In the final full day before the general election, more celebs are campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris. According to The Hill, the Democratic nominee for President will be joined by Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, Ricky Martin, The Roots, and others in her Philadelphia concert and rally on Monday night. Across the state, a separate “When We Vote We Win” concert in Pittsburgh will feature Perry, Andra Day, and DJ D-Nice

A college football game will air for the first time on IMAX screens this weekend. In partnership with NBC Sports, the company confirmed the news in a Monday press release, sharing that the match will be Penn State’s iconic “White Out” game against Washington. “Fans can experience the unrivaled atmosphere of the game on IMAX screens with the premium sound and crystal-clear visuals that only IMAX can deliver,” they teased. Fans in both markets and select venues nationwide can head to their local IMAX theater when it kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, but the showdown will also air on Peacock.

Funk pioneer George Clinton’s life story will be chronicled in a new biopic starring Eddie Murphy for Amazon MGM Studios. Per Variety, Murphy is reuniting with Dreamgirls director Bill Condon, the 2016 film that earned the funnyman an Oscar nominee for best supporting actor. The untitled flick is based on Clinton’s memoir Brothas Be, Yo Like George, Ain’t That Funkin’ Kinda Hard On You? and will be an “untold story of the influential pioneer of funk and his tumultuous journey to founding musical collective Parliament-Funkadelic.”

Hugo Boss has unveiled its 2024 holiday ads, calling on a few famous faces to help model their latest looks. The campaign stars supermodel Gisele Bündchen, British soccer legend David Beckham, Afrobeats artist Burna Boy, and South Korean actor Lee Jong Suk. The rollout will be complemented by a number of pop-up shops displaying products and showcasing personalized gifts, ribbon machines, and more. 

We’re halfway through the 2024 NFL season, and with the playoff picture starting to take shape, Fox has already reached a major milestone. During an earnings call on Monday, Fox Corp. CEO Lachlan Murdoch said they’ve already sold out its ad space for Super Bowl LIX, and at a record price, too. While the total number wasn’t disclosed, the network was charging $7 million for a 30-second spot, according to Sportico. For reference, when Fox was in charge of the big game between the Eagles and Chiefs two years ago, Fox made $590 million in ad sales revenue on average charges of $6.5 million per commercial.

Six years after the first one was unveiled, Dior and KAWS have linked up for yet another collection. The Monday exclusive from WWD reveals images of models dressed in varsity jackets, with Dior’s logo reimagined in snake lettering and motifs. The ready-to-wear line also boasts quilted coats, bright red cardigans, button-up shirts, and track pants. “I wanted to have something fun and pop. It’s a bit like Pop Art,” Dior designer Kim Jones said of the looks. The Dior x KAWS capsule arrives in Dior stores on Jan. 2

Deadline reported Monday that Lionsgate has obtained worldwide theatrical distribution rights to The Weeknd’s suspense thriller flick Hurry Up Tomorrow. Directed by Trey Edward Shults, the film also stars Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan alongside The Weeknd, who will also score the project with Daniel Lopatin. The movie is a set-up for the Grammy Award winner’s forthcoming album with the same name.
