First Look At Jordan Brand’s 2024 WNBA All-Star Game Uniforms

For the second consecutive WNBA All-Star Weekend, Jumpman branding will appear on the league’s showcase game unis.

With a continued priority placement throughout Nike Inc.’s multi-year partnership with the WNBA, Jordan Brand is bringing a new look to this year’s All-Star Game

After establishing the league’s signature orange hue across both uniforms in last year’s WNBA All-Star Game, this year’s Jordan-designed jerseys are looking to celebrate the energy and future of the league through a more vibrant and lively gradient fading design.

The orange-based jersey fades from left to right towards a louder pink shade, “utilizing the iconic WNBA orange and stretching it into new and exciting spaces to honor the next generation of bold and unapologetic players,” says the brand.

The black-based uniform features orange and pink bordering along the arm piping, while each short also features a gradient fade incorporating tones of orange, blue, purple, and pink throughout. The slope line along the shorts takes design inspiration from the curves found along the patent leather panel of the iconic Air Jordan XI

As the WNBA’s 20th All-Star Game takes place later this month in Phoenix on Saturday, July 20th, the game will also include a unique format for just the second time.

Just before the league is set to take a break for players to compete in the Paris Olympics, the All-Star Game will feature the full USA Basketball Women’s National Team roster against a dozen WNBA players also selected as All-Stars.

The “Team USA” vs. “Team WNBA” format means there will be a new twist on uniforms, as the USA Basketball collective, headlined by A’ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu, and others, will wear their white USA uniforms.

The “Team WNBA” roster is expected to wear the gradient-fading orange and pink uniforms during the first half before switching to the black All-Star uniforms for the second half.

Additional details can be found layered throughout the jerseys. Just above the size tag reads “WNBA All-Star Edition 2024” alongside 20 stars, a nod to the league’s 20th All-Star Game.

A smaller tab under the size label in orange is adorned with “1 / 144” to highlight the extremely competitive and select 144 roster slots that make up the league’s total player pool.

Each All-Star will also receive their own detailed personal back design, with a star featuring the number of All-Star appearances they have made to date. “AS24” can be found along the front belt patch on the shorts.

In addition to the Jumpman branded uniforms in the game, Jordan will also be releasing a special edition Air Jordan Retro 3 for the weekend. Styled in a desert camo inspired by the sandy summers in Arizona, the shoe is accented by orange eyelets and features the league’s silhouette logo along the insole.

With this year’s WNBA All-Star Game expected to be among the highest viewed and most anticipated in league history, along with the unique Team USA vs. Team WNBA format, the Jumpman-affixed uniforms should make their mark as the league looks ahead to continue building on the momentum of the game for the next generation.
