For the third time in four years, the disgruntled star successfully forced a trade to the NBA team of his choice — this time, it was Philadelphia to the LA Clippers on Halloween 2023. The move comes after The Beard surprisingly opted into the second year (player option) of a two-year, $68.6 million deal signed last offseason, with the thought that he eventually would be moved to LA.
