Athletics to Play in Sacramento Until 2027 Ahead of Las Vegas Move

The team has an option to extend until 2028, pending construction. And while the A’s remain in this locational limbo for the next few seasons, the team will go by simply that — the A’s or Athletics — in the interim period without any mention of Oakland, Sacramento, or Las Vegas, per The Athletic.
