In the premiere episode of King of Diamonds, the Orioles standout sits down with Greydy Diaz to discuss his love of hunting, his competitive drive, and being a part of the Under Armour family.
Gunnar Henderson is on the quest to become the first MVP in Baltimore since Cal Ripken took home the title in 1991. The 23-year-old has already logged an AL Rookie of the Year award, earned a Silver Slugger award in 2023, and made his All-Star debut.
His accolades speak for his performance on the diamond, but is he up for a different type of challenge?
In the debut episode of King of Diamonds, a new series that showcases the personality, competitive drive, and off-field interests of Under Armour‘s top MLB talent, Henderson teams up with host Greydy Diaz to showcase his talents outside of the ballpark. Henderson, an avid hunter, breaks down his love of the sport for Diaz while discussing a wide range of topics, including the spark for his competitive drive, the legacy of baseball in Baltimore, and much more.

Ahead of the upcoming UA All-America Game, Henderson also reflects on his first-ever trip to the iconic Wrigley Field and teaming up with top youth talent, including fellow Under Armour star Bobby Witt Jr.
Tune in each week in September for a new episode with some of the MLB’s most exciting talent. The series delivers a bold new take on athlete interviews by pairing unfiltered conversations as players flex their off-field skills.
