The end of the year rundowns showcase who had the biggest years in 2022. Atop that list? Future. The Atlanta rapper had a song on the charts for each of the 52 weeks of the calendar year. Overall, 31 songs helped him achieve this honor, including the entire tracklist from I NEVER LIKED YOU.

Pelé Passes Away at 82
Pelé inspired generations of footballers. His signature style redefined the sport and earned him a record-setting three World Cup titles with Brazil. As he ascended to his role as king of the beautiful game, Pelé captured the attention of fans across the globe. In retirement, he became a minister of sport in his native country, while also accumulating a deep business portfolio. He passed away on Thursday, following a long battle with colon cancer. His funeral will take place on Monday and Tuesday and his death will be commemorated by three days of mourning across the country.
Messi's Qatari Hotel Room to Become a Museum
Lionel Messi is continuing to revel in his World Cup win. As the magnitude of the victory set in for the Argentinian superstar, a now viral photo showcased him snuggling the trophy in his room. Now, the dorm room will be forever enshrined as an homage to Messi. Qatar University announced that it plans to make the room a museum.

LeBron James' High School Kicks Headed to Auction
LeBron James is 20 years beyond high school, but the kicks in which he stormed his way into the national consciousness are now up for auction. Heritage Auctions announced that it will feature the pair of Jumpman Swift 6s that King James wore during his run to a championship his freshman year as part of an upcoming event. The collection is expected to fetch upwards of $200,000.
USWNT Stars Help ESPN Bring Back Iconic "This is Sportscenter" Ads
The end of the year brings a time for nostalgia and reflection. For the marketing execs at ESPN, this resulted in the return of the network’s iconic “This is Sportscenter” ads. Megan Rapinoe, Becky Sauerbrunn, and Sophia Smith took the lead on the newest installment, in which the three USWNT stars eat orange slices when they are confronted by Otto the Orange, Syracuse University’s mascot, in an awkward moment.
Hwang Hee-Chan Kicks off Gucci Campaign
With the passage of the holidays, resort season is officially upon us. Gucci launched its newest collection with the help of some familiar faces across some of the globe’s most popular magazines. South Korean soccer star Hwang Hee-Chan graced the pages of W Korea wearing some of the collection’s cornerstone pieces, including an interlocking G cardigan and simple black pants. Elsewhere, actor Paul Mescal appeared in Flaunt Magazine wearing a tailored mustard suit and Bollywood star Ranveer Singh appeared in Esquire Singapore in an emerald fit.
