Apple eclipsed a market value of $4 trillion for the first time, becoming only the third public company in history to reach the milestone before closing the day just under the threshold. The company’s stock has surged 56% since April, fueled by strong demand for the new iPhone 17 lineup, which outsold the iPhone 16 by 14% in its first 10 days. Apple’s rise follows Nvidia’s historic $4 trillion achievement earlier this year and Microsoft’s brief climb past the mark in July, which it regained after announcing a new deal with OpenAI.
Disney, Formula 1 Team Up Ahead of Las Vegas Grand Prix

Halloween Hit ‘Monster Mash’ Getting the Animated Movie Treatment
Miramax is developing an animated movie based on the 1962 Halloween classic “Monster Mash.” The film is being produced under CEO Jonathan Glickman, known for Wednesday and The Addams Family animated films, after Miramax secured the rights from Reservoir and Capizzi Music Co. Originally written and performed by Bobby “Boris” Pickett and Lenny Capizzi, the song – dubbed Billboard’s “Biggest Halloween Song of All Time” – has earned over 500 million streams and about $1 million in annual royalties.
