Authentic Brands Group is acquiring a majority stake in OVO’s intellectual property as part of a new partnership with Drake to take the lifestyle brand global. Drake will retain significant ownership and creative control, while Vince Holding Corp. takes over OVO’s operating business. “We’re going to do some very big things together, and this is only the beginning,” Authentic executive chairman Jamie Salter told Boardroom exclusively, signaling major ambitions for the next chapter of Drake’s nearly 20-year-old brand.
Nvidia Makes a $12.9B Play for Hugging Face

Hard Knocks is heading back to the NFL offseason. HBO Max and NFL Films will revive the behind-the-scenes series next year, this time expanding its lens from one franchise to an entire division. The series will chronicle the front-office work that shapes rosters, including free agency, the draft, and the path to training camp. The division featured has yet to be announced, but producers see the format as a deeper look at how NFL teams are built.

Aaron Sorkin’s The Social Reckoning just dropped its latest trailer, offering a closer look at the Facebook whistleblower story behind his follow-up to The Social Network.
