Jake Paul, Gervonta Davis to Fight in November on Netflix
It’s official: Jake Paul will face undefeated boxing star Gervonta “Tank” Davis on Nov. 14 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The fight, promoted by Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions, will stream live on Netflix. Details such as weight class and number of rounds are still being finalized. Over half of the shows are new within the past 18 months. Taylor Fritz Tapped to Star in Boss’s Fall Campaign

Guess Joins Authentic Brands Portfolio in $1.4B Deal
Guess is going private in a $1.4 billion deal with Authentic Brands Group, co-founders Maurice and Paul Marciano, and CEO Carlos Alberini. Shareholders will receive $16.75 per share in cash in the deal, a 26% premium. Management will stay in place and retain control of operations, while Authentic Brands takes a 51% stake in Guess’s intellectual property. Other lines in the Authentic Brands family include Reebok, Brooks Brothers, Nautica, Sperry, and most recently, Dockers.
John Wall Joins NBA Broadcast Team at Prime Video
Prime Video announced Wednesday that five-time NBA All-Star John Wall will join the inaugural season of NBA on Prime as an analyst. He’ll appear alongside Blake Griffin, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Dwyane Wade, Candace Parker, and Udonis Haslem. Known for his elite point guard play and high basketball IQ, Wall brings prior broadcast experience, having debuted as a guest analyst in December 2024. NBA on Prime launches Oct. 24 with a doubleheader: Celtics vs. Knicks and Timberwolves vs. Lakers.
