This Fanatics Fest NYC lineup is getting larger by the week, with organizers confirming that C.J. Stroud, Caleb Williams, Bryce Young, and Odell Beckham Jr. will all appear at the three-day event. NFL stars of the past who are also heading to the Javitz Center include Robert Griffin III, John Elway, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Charles Woodson, and Phil Simms.

Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed the company’s first product launch date of 2025 is scheduled for Feb. 19. Described as the “newest member of the family,” Bloomberg reported on Feb. 6 that the newest model of Apple’s lower-end iPhone SE is dropping in March.
Recordings By Jay-Z, Santana, & More Inducted Into Grammy Hall of Fame
The Recording Academy shared Thursday that 13 recordings from Jay-Z, Santana, Gloria Estefan, Luther Vandross, and other legendary artists have been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. The works of music, each at least 25 years old and boasting historical significance, will be recognized at the Grammy Museum and Recording Academy’s Grammy Hall Of Fame Gala on May 16 in Beverly Hills.
Founders Fund Nearly Closing on Another $3B Fund
Per Tech Crunch, Peter Thiel’s venture capitalist firm Founders Fund is nearly closing in on a $3 billion growth fund by the end of next month. The company responsible for supporting some of the world’s biggest tech startups like SpaceX and Stripe raised $3.4 billion during its second growth equity fund in 2022 and $1.8 billion for its eighth early-stage fund in 2023.

Vox Media and South by Southwest announced Thursday a partnership for a second year of its official podcast stage at the 2025 conference in March. DC United Unveils New ‘Soul’ Away Kit Ahead of MLS Season Kickoff
Designed to pay homage to the city’s “rich funk, soul, and go-go heritage,” DC United unveiled its new “Soul” away kit on Thursday. Details include a sharp purple and blue pattern, which celebrates “the artists and sounds that shaped D.C.’s identity – a fusion of past and present, tradition and evolution.” The jock tag also features the DC cityscape.
Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation Launches Online Program
Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack Foundation are partnering with the Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) to launch the “Cactus Jack Design Ethos 101 Program,” in which 3,000-plus alums, 160 scholars, and scholar applicants will be eligible to participate. In addition to an online curriculum featuring video modules hosted by the Cactus Jack team and partners, programming ends with a competition in which multiple winners will receive $10,000 each.
Gotham FC Signs Record Back-of-Jersey Deal With Dove
NJ/NY Gotham FC has inked a multi-year agreement with Dove to put the brand on its uniforms in what Sportico reports as the highest back-of-jersey sponsorship deal in NWSL history. Additionally, Dove will be the presenting sponsor of Gotham’s Keep Her in the Game initiative, a campaign Gotham launched last year to address the rapid rate of girls dropping out of sports before age 14.
Michael Rider to Make Celine Runway Debut in July
After beginning his tenure as Celine‘s new Creative Director earlier this year, WWD confirmed Michael Rider will make his runway debut for the luxury brand on July 6. Rider’s inaugural collection will show during the Fall/Winter 2025 Couture season; however, there’s no indication if the presentation will be womenswear, menswear, or a mix of both.
Snoop Dogg, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, & More Added to ‘SNL50’ Performers
Ahead of Friday’s anniversary concert special celebrating the musical guests that have graced the Saturday Night Live stage over the last 50 years, NBC revealed more artists have been added to the stacked lineup. Joining previously announced performers like Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, and Post Malone include newly added guests Cher, Dave Grohl, Lauryn Hill, Snoop Dogg, St. Vincent, and Wyclef Jean.
