The WNBA and the WNBPA will hold an in-person meeting on Monday at 2 p.m. ET to continue negotiations on a new collective bargaining agreement, with fewer than 100 days until the 2026 season. It marks the first full meeting since December and follows weeks of limited progress, including no response from the league to the playersโ€™ December proposal. The main dispute centers on the salary structure and revenue sharing: The league proposes deducting expenses before sharing revenue, while players want revenue split first. Both sides agree the new CBA should feature uncapped revenue sharing with no minimum revenue thresholds.

The doc offers an intimate look at the roots of the group behind hits like Under the Bridge and Californication, charting a career that has sold over 120 million records worldwide. The film was quietly screened at Cannes last year before invite-only showings in Los Angeles and New York, before ultimately landing at Netflix.

Originally expected sooner, the sequel was delayed, though Diesel has teased a return to the franchiseโ€™s street-racing roots. The film will be the 11th chapter of the main series, which has grossed more than $7 billion worldwide since launching in 2001.

Eve received her second career Grammy at the Recording Academy Honors presented by The Black Music Collective on Thursday, earning long overdue recognition for her verse on The Rootsโ€™ 1999 single “You Got Me.” Although the song won Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group at the 2000 Grammys, Eve was originally excluded because her verse was uncredited at the time. The omission was publicly addressed in October 2024 when Questlove acknowledged the oversight during a conversation with Eve on his podcast Questlove Supreme.ย

President Donald Trump announced Friday that Kevin Warsh will replace Jerome Powell as chair of the Federal Reserve. The appointment follows months of speculation and caps a drawn-out selection process that formally began last summer. Trumpโ€™s move comes after years of public frustration with Powellโ€™s leadership, criticism that surfaced almost immediately after Powell assumed the role in 2018 and intensified over time amid growing volatility surrounding the Fed.
