The Burberry x Supreme Spring/Summer 2022 collaborative collection will release online globally this Thursday, March 10.
If you’ve been waiting since 1997 for a follow-up to Supreme’s Burberry box logo tee, it’s finally your time to thrive.
Burberry and Supreme have jointly announced their Spring/Summer 2022 collection:
Confirmed in a lengthy Instagram post, the collection “consists of a Trench Coat, Down Puffer Jacket, Denim Trucker Jacket, Rugby, Hooded Sweatshirt, Jean, Denim Short, T-Shirt, Crusher, 6-Panel and Skateboard,” as well as “a Leather Track Jacket, Leather Track Pant and Silk Pajama set.”
A$AP Nast gave fashion fans an early peek at the line over the weekend:
A$AP Nast specifically thanked Tremaine Emory, who was named Supreme’s creative director in mid-February.
It doesn’t seem coincidental that the New York streetwear giant teamed with Burberry for a full-blown collection shortly after Emory’s appointment, as theDenim Tears founder has developed a rock-solid reputation for A-list collaboration.
Emory’s latest feather in his cap is fleshing out the possibilities behind that 1997 tee.
Irina Shayk brought things even more full circle by modeling a white box logo tee:
The highly hyped collaboration comes amid exciting reveals by Burberry and Supreme, respectively.
Supreme released the newest versions of Supreme/Nike SB Dunk High sneakers last Thursday, March 4, and then British staple Burberry opened a Parisian brick-and-mortar flagship on Rue Saint-Honoré over the weekend.
Part of this collection will become available — and likely immediately sell out — Thursday, March 10, in Europe, the U.K., and United States. Some pieces will drop at Burberry’s official website and select retail stores, and others will exclusively be available on Supreme’s official site.
Japanese customers can cash in beginning March 12.
