Dak Prescott 'Talks Shit' in New Campaign

Dak Prescott is teaming up with Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort to “talk shit” — literally. The Cowboys QB is the face of a new campaign about the importance of colorectal cancer screening. “Lead from Behind” seeks to break the stigma of discussing the disease, which has an outsized effect on the African-American community. For Prescott, the participation is personal. He lost his mother to colon cancer. “I’d like to thank Dak for joining Rob McElhenney, Terry Crews, and me in helping raise awareness for dropping your drawers,” Reynolds said in a statement. “This is a highly preventable cancer and the more we advocate for and destigmatize the colorectal screening process, the more real lives are saved.

Tom Brady and Fanatics Team up for MLB Throwback

Tom Brady will forever be the elite No. 12. Now, the seven-time Super Bowl champ is teaming up with Fanatics to commemorate his one-time promising MLB career. The Montreal Expos drafted Brady, then a high school senior, in the 1995 MLB Draft, but he forewent the opportunity to attend the University of Michigan, and the rest is history. However, Fanatics re-imagined what could have been with the “Dream Draft Card,” which fittingly drops on 12/12.

Art Basel Installation Draws Opportunity to Win $1M By Draining 34 Shots

Art Basel is kicking off in South Beach this weekend. The annual arts and culture event brings incredible creativity at the intersections of art, entertainment, music, sports, and more. This year, artist CJ Hendry will display a new sculpture that blends hoops and high-brow art he created in partnership with the City of Miami. Lucky viewers can try to sink 34 consecutive shots in return for a $1 million cash prize. The artist reflected on the project, saying, “Designing HOOPS Tree has been interesting because its scale is enormous and it’s so much heavier than I anticipated. The engineering team helped with the specs to make it safe and sturdy. All these components make for a fascinating combination of practicality and creativity. Having an artwork that will live on in a public space indefinitely is a real honor and I am so excited to see it come to life.”
