23 drivers from 10 NASCAR teams are featured in the NFT collection that drops on Feb. 15 — five days before the 2022 Daytona 500.
On Wednesday, NFT community Candy Digital revealed “Candy Racing,” its newest set of digital collectibles, in partnership with Race Team Alliance. Dynamic “digi-cast” non-fungible tokens featuring 23 NASCAR Cup Series drivers from 10 racing teams are featured in the collection, including 2021 Cup Series champion Kyle Larson and two-time champ Kyle Busch.
The NFTs will be available for purchase at candy.com/racing next Tuesday, Feb. 15 — five days before the Daytona 500.
A bundle of all 23 NFTs will retail for $500 between 9 a.m. ET until 5:20 p.m. ET Tuesday. After that period, the full drop’s going rate increases to $1,000. Additionally, “Open Edition” NFTs for each of the 23 drivers are available for $50 apiece through 2 p.m. on the day of the Great American Race.
When the checkered flag waves, collectors who own NFTs of the Daytona 500’s top three finishers will receive a subsequent, unique NFT honoring the champion.
