YouTube TV, Rakuten TV, Philo, and Local Now will help PlayersTV reach nearly 300 million households.
PlayersTV just added some serious reach.
On Thursday, the athlete-owned entertainment network announced four new content distribution partners that will extend the digital, linear, and over-the-top (OTT) brand across the globe:
- YouTube TV
- Video on demand platform Rakuten TV
- Live streaming TV Philo
- OTT service Local Now
Alongside current distribution partners LG Channels, Roku, ReachTV,Samsung, SLING TV, Vizio Smartcast, and Xumo TV, these four organizations will allow PlayersTV to reach upwards of 285 million households and streaming devices with its original series, documentaries, reality shows, and podcasts covering sports, lifestyle, and beyond.
