Ahead of the LeBron-led film’s release on July 16, Nifty’s also announced a $10 million seed round.

Nifty’s, an NFT platform aiming to bring premium publishers and brands directly to collectors and communities, announced a limited-edition collection of non-fungible token collectibles featuring characters from the upcoming film Space Jam: A New Legacy as part of Monday’s official launch of Niftys.com.

Warner Bros. will award an NFT to every individual who signs up for a Nifty’s account and visits the official Space Jam: A New Legacy gallery to claim it while supplies last. Fans can then earn a chance to get a second NFT by sharing a social media post about the collection, which will include LeBron James and eight Looney Tunes icons from the “Tune Squad.”

NFTs will be assigned at random, with two and three-dimensional versions of varying rarity, with additional NFTs available while supplies last for $2.99 apiece.

“We are excited to partner with Nifty’s on this new way for our audiences to engage with their favorite characters, connect with other fans and enjoy our movies on and off the screen,” said Pam Lifford, President of Warner Bros. Global Brands and Experiences. Space Jam: A New Legacy is fun for everyone and it was important to us to give audiences new and exciting ways to celebrate their fandom.”

As part of its website launch, Nifty’s also announced it has completed a $10 million seed round from new investors like Coinbase Ventures, Dapper Labs, Topps, Polaroid, Quiet Capital, Forerunner Ventures, Samsung Next, A&T Capital, and BBTV Holdings Inc.

Those investors join pre-seed investors which increased their allocations, including Polychain Capital, Ethereal Ventures, Liberty City Ventures, and Draper Dragon Fund.
