Last Updated: April 26, 2023

Georgia Tech men’s basketball head coach Josh Pastner joins Jordan
Schultz on “Game Plan” to talk about the team’s road to March Madness, including
their recent ACC championship win and the personal journeys of players
like point guard Jose Alvarado.

He also details the coaching path he set for himself as early as the
5th grade, which eventually landed him a role working with the Arizona
Wildcats and celebrating an NCAA championship with the team in 1997 under
head coach and personal mentor Lute Olsen. Pastner shares what he
learned from Olsen and John Calipari, whom he describes as
“one of the greatest to ever do it.”
