Leylah Fernandez’s Star Continues to Rise as She Cruises into US Open Semis

The 19-year old Canadian took down Ukraine’s Elina Svitolina 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 as she continues her dazzling play at the US Open. With the victory, Fernandez becomes the youngest player to make the semis since Maria Sharapova in 2005. She will face Aryna Sabalenka on Thursday.

Fox Sports Gets Head Start on 2023 Superbowl Ad Sales 

Reports indicate that Fox Sports will begin to sell ad space for Superbowl LVII starting this week, 18 months before the big game. The news comes as 85% of the advertising inventory for SBLVI has already been sold out, with $6 million for 30-second slots. Inside sources expect next year’s slots to increase to $6.5 million.

Sportradar, a Switzerland-based sports-data provider, is looking to raise as much as $532 million in a US initial public offering, according to a regulatory filing released this week. The company, which was founded in 2001, boasts more than 1,600 customers across 120 countries and is an official partner of the NBA, NHL, and NASCAR.

New York Jets Sign Multi-year Partnership with Fubo Sportsbook

The New York Jets are naming Fubo Sportsbook the team’s official sports betting partner, the organization announced Wednesday morning. The multi-year agreement, which is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2021, marks Fubo Sportsbook’s first sponsorship of a professional sports team.
