Paolo Banchero looked like a first overall pick on Friday despite having to leave the game for a stretch due to nagging cramping issues. Banchero posted a game-high 21 points as the Blue Devils beat the Bulldogs 84-81 in Las Vegas in front of a fired-up, star-studded crowd.

November has been a good month for the Phoenix Suns. Devin Booker had his own post-Thanksgiving feast at Madison Square Garden on Friday, scoring 32 as the Suns took down the Knicks 118-97, winning their 15th straight with their win streak extending back to October 26th.

A new-look women’s team showed up to play Down Under on Saturday. Ashley Hatch, who was making her third appearance for the squad, kicked off the scoring with a goal in the first minute. She was later joined by Rose Lavelle and Ashley Horan, who rounded out the team’s three goals. The two teams will square off in the final friendly match of the 2021 schedule on Tuesday at 4:05 a.m. EST.

Dayton’s Mustapha Amzil scored one basket on Friday in their matchup against the No. 4 Jayhawks, but it proved to make all the difference. The redshirt freshman forward put up a shot as time expired to lift Dayton over Kansas 74-73.
