Patrick Mahomes‘ book of business continues to grow. The two-time Super Bowl champion teamed up with former BodyArmor executive Michael Fedele to launch Throne Sport Coffee, a ready-to-drink iced coffee brand. Mahomes also serves as the lead investor. “I am so detailed with all the stuff that I put in my body. As an athlete you have to be,” the QB told Boardroom. “You want to know what can make you perform the best. NFL Heads to Netflix for Coveted Christmas Day Games
Netflix and the NFL confirmed Wednesday they’ve reached an agreement for the streaming giant to broadcast at least one “holiday” game for each of the next three NFL seasons. The deal begins in 2024, when Netflix will air two live “marquee” games on Dec. 25. “There are no live annual events, sports or otherwise, that compare with the audiences NFL football attracts. We’re so excited that the NFL’s Christmas Day games will be only on Netflix,” Netflix chief content officer Bela Bajaria said.

Dior has named Rosalía its latest global ambassador. The announcement comes after the Spanish artist donned a classic black strapless column skirt-set by the French fashion house to the Met Gala earlier this month. Dior and Rosalía confirmed the announcement with the debut of her new campaign as the face of the Lady Dior handbag. She joins an elite group of ambassadors, including K-pop star Jimin, Jennifer Lawrence, and Charlize Theron.

Max confirmed on Wednesday that the New York Giants will be the subject of the 2024 first-ever offseason edition of Hard Knocks. The newest iteration of the iconic program, Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants, will premiere with a five-episode run on July 2 as the Giants prepare for its 100th season. Key storylines include how the Giants prepare for the forthcoming season following Saquon Barkley’s departure to division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles and Daniel Jones’ return from a torn ACL. Viewers will also gain a behind-the-scenes look at front-office operations from the lens of General Manager Joe Schoen and his team.

Will Ferrell is making his small screen return. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the blockbuster actor is set to star in a 10-episode golf comedy alongside Ramy’s Ramy Youssef. Aptly titled GOLF, details of Youssef’s role are under wraps at this time; however, Ferrell will take on the role of a fictional golf legend. Meanwhile, Adam Sandler will bring back Happy Gilmore for the long-awaited sequel. Sandler will reprise his role in the film, which is set to begin filming this summer.

The WNBA is back. With elite talent taking the court, ESPN2 launched opening night with a two-part season opener. According to Nielsen, the Indiana Fever and Connecticut Sun netted 2.11 million viewers. Caitlin Clark‘s professional premiere was sullied by the Suns, who beat the Fever 92-71. The game outdrew the NHL Playoffs (1.99 million viewers), which were broadcast simultaneously on ESPN.
