Premier League Links with Sorare for $37M Partnership

Sorare is continuing its soccer takeover. The fantasy soccer game is reportedly expanding its offerings to allow league-specific matchups, and its newest partnership with the Premier League will expand the opportunity. The deal comes after a long negotiation, as it was first rumored back in Oct. of 2022. While the details of the partnership are not fully available at this time, it is estimated to be worth approximately $37 million.

Nike and Tiffany Team for Exclusive Drop

“A legendary pair” is upon us. Tiffany & Co. and Nike teamed up to drop a collab teaser on Instagram on Sunday that has sneakerheads excited. The image included a Nike shoe box in the signature Tiffany blue and simply noted it was “coming soon.” The post received over one million likes in less than 24 hours and has the internet buzzing about what is possible. The collab will include both Air Force 1s and a line of corresponding accessories. 

SZA Takes Billboard’s Top Spot for Seventh Consecutive Week

SZA’s epic run at the top of the Billboard 200 continues. The singer’s album SOS gained the top spot on the Billboard 200 for the seventh week in a row, moving 111,000 units. With the accomplishment, SZA’s is the first R&B album since Whitney Houston’s 1987 sophomore smash Whitney to maintain the top spot consecutively for this long.The latter spent 11 consecutive weeks at No. 1 – will SZA be able to match the feat?

The 20th anniversary of Facebook is nearly here. In advance, Sky Productions is piecing together a 90-minute documentary on its founder, Mark Zuckerberg. From Harvard to Meta, the doc will tell the story of the founder and the company’s evolution over two decades. Zuckerberg: King of the Metaverse was announced as one of eight upcoming features from Sky Documentaries by Deadline

Sabato De Sarno Emerges as Gucci’s Next Creative Director

The search for Alessandro Michele’s replacement at Gucci is now over. Michele had been with the Italian fashion house since 2015 but left unexpectedly two months ago. Sabato De Sarno joins Gucci from Valentino, where he currently serves as the director of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear. Valentino has gained massive popularity over the last few years by expanding its celebrity ambassadors to appeal to a new generation, including F1 driver Lewis Hamilton and Zendaya. De Sarno will make his runway debut this September with Gucci’s Spring Summer collection in Milan.
