At long last, new music from Justin Bieber is coming, and sooner than we thought. The hitmaker’s seventh studio album is set to arrive Friday, confirming the news through surprise billboards across various cities on Thursday. Bieber also shared numerous posts on his Instagram matching the billboards, seemingly revealing the album’s title, Swag, cover art, and track list. This marks the artist’s first project since 2021’s Justice, which spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Larry David is back at HBO, and this time, he’s bringing the former First Family with him. The Curb Your Enthusiasm creator has inked a deal to star in, co-write, and executive produce a sketch comedy series about American history. The project will be produced by Higher Ground, the media banner founded by former President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama. The two will also serve as executive producers for the six-episode untitled program.

The first-ever Hermès Birkin bag once owned by late actor and singer Jane Birkin has been sold in Paris for over $10 million, Sotheby’s confirmed Thursday, making it the most valuable handbag ever sold at auction. Sotheby’s did not reveal who the handbag’s new owner is, adding there was an “electrifying” 10-minute bidding war between “nine determined collectors.”

Golf meets soccer with this limited edition capsule from AC Milan and Puma Golf. Comprising tees, polos, pants, outerwear, and footwear, the collection is designed to be worn both on and off the fairway. Fronting the campaign is AC Milan and USMNT winger Christian Pulisic, who said, “Golf has always been one of my biggest passions outside of football.” The full collection is available now at select retailers and online.

After nearly 20 years at Turner Sports, Kevin Harlan is taking his talents to Amazon Prime Video, joining the already stacked lineup of NBA broadcasters representing the streamer. Per The Athletic, he agreed to a three-year contract in May. Additionally, former NBA pro-turned-broadcaster Brent Barry is also headed to Prime as a game analyst. They’ll join Blake Griffin, Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, Candace Parker, Dwyane Wade, and more on the Amazon team.

Sydney Colson is set to make her stand-up comedy debut next Saturday during WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indiana. The point guard is booked as the opening act for the inaugural Fever Fest, performing original stand-up material live on stage in front of thousands. Hosted by Deon Cole, Fever Fest will feature a headlining performance by The Kid LAROI, comedy vets Cedric the Entertainer, Leslie Jones, and Aida Rodriguez, plus music sets by G-Eazy and BIA.

We’ve seen Samsung launch foldable smartphones over the last few years, but the tech brand is eyeing an even bigger mobile tech innovation: a triple-folding phone. TM Roh, acting head of Samsung’s Device Experience division, told The Korea Times that the company has “the goal of launching it at the end of this year.” The model doesn’t have a name, but Roh added that Samsung’s attention has turned to perfecting the product and its usability. 

Emirates has agreed to a preliminary deal with Crypto.com to allow digital cryptocurrency as a form of payment, becoming one of the first major airlines in the world to do so. The partnership, expected to officially come to fruition next year, aims to reach “younger, tech-savvy customer segments who prefer digital currencies,” Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer Adnan Kazim said.

Hearst and Condé Nast have agreed to multi-year licensing deals with Amazon, Digiday reported on Thursday, allowing AI shopping assistant, Rufus, to utilize the two media brands’ extensive library of content. The report stated that Rufus will be given “broad access” to newspapers and magazines under the Hearst and Condé Nast umbrellas, which include CosmopolitanGQVogue, and The New Yorker, among others.

Sir Paul McCartney is embarking on a headlining tour across North America, kicking off late September in Palm Desert. The former Beatles‘ 19-date Got Back Tour takes him through Des Moines, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, and Montreal, finishing with a two-night run at United Center in Chicago on Nov. 24 and 25. His first excursion since 2022, presale begins on July 15, while general tickets go on sale on July 18.
