FIFA has tapped J Balvin, Doja Cat, and Tems to perform during halftime of the final in the first-ever Club World Cup tournament set to begin this weekend. Coldplay’s Chris Martin was tasked with curating the lineup, with the show benefiting the FIFA Global Citizens’ Education Fund, a new initiative aimed at raising $100 million to “expand access to quality education and football for children around the world.” The final, scheduled for July 13 at MetLife Stadium, will stream for free on DAZN.

When it comes to three-pointers, Stephen Curry is the GOAT. Now, the NBA icon will lend his talents to a new project of the same name. Curry joins an A-list cast, which includes Gabrielle UnionStranger Things’ Caleb McLaughlin, Nick Kroll, Jennifer Lewis, and more in Sony’s new animated film, Goat. The movie will drop just in time for NBA All-Star Weekend in LA, hitting theaters on Feb. 13, 2026.

Warner Bros. Discovery announced a bold new plan on Monday to split into two separate businesses by next year. The first company will be a streaming and studios one, which will include HBO Max and other movie properties, while the second entity will focus on global networks, including CNN, TNT Sports, Discovery, and more. Warner Bros.’s stock finished down nearly 3% at market close on Monday after fluctuating throughout the day.

Caitlin Clark is bringing a bit of herself to her new collab with Wilson. The Indiana Fever standout and reigning Rookie of the Year announced a new four-ball collection with the WNBA’s official basketball brand on Monday. Each one reflects a different side of Clark, who was intimately involved in their design, and each with a unique use, from indoor to outdoor to a hybrid option. The collection will be available on June 23.

Less than three years after launching the popular ChatGPT, OpenAI says it has hit $10 billion in annual recurring revenue, up from $5.5 billion last year. Per CNBC, the milestone mark includes revenue from the company’s consumer products, ChatGPT business products, and its API. While a milestone for Sam Altman and Co., OpenAI has its eyes set on a bigger goal, aiming for $125 billion in revenue by 2029, according to The Information.

For the first time since 2010, Clipse is heading back on tour. The recently reunited duo of Pusha T and No Malice announced the Let God Sort Em Out Tour on Monday, kicking off on Aug. 3 in Boston. The tour will go on to hit major cities like Philadelphia, New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago before closing things out in the brothers’ hometown of Virginia Beach. The upcoming album of the same name is set to drop on July 11.

Pharrell‘s Joopiter Auction House is selling an extremely rare Michael Jordan 1986-87 Fleer #57 autographed rookie card at its first-ever sports collectibles sale, one of the most valuable MJ cards in existence. The starting bid has already been set at $2 million for Joopiter’s first-ever consigned sports card. The auction begins on June 17 and runs through June 26. Per Joopiter, it took the company roughly five years to arrange the private signing, which took place at MJ’s hyper-exclusive golf club, Grove XXIII.

The epic life story of Snoop Dogg is coming to the silver screen. The film has tapped Outer Banks star Jonathan Daviss to play the multi-talented rapper. The biopic is expected to cover Snoop’s journey from infamous West Coast rapper to omnipresent cultural figure, and will mark the first installment of Death Row Pictures’ broader deal with NBCUniversal. Snoop himself is signed on as a producer, alongside Brian Glazer and Death Row Pictures President Sara Ramaker. Craig Brewer will direct.

Champion is adding the NFL to its portfolio of league partnerships, announcing it secured rights to produce licensed apparel for the league. The brand already boasts agreements with the NHL, the PLL, and Minor League Baseball. The first Champion x NFL collection will debut at Fanatics Fest NYC later this month, featuring the New York Giants and Jets, the Dallas Cowboys, the Washington Commanders, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

After years of speculation and axed projects, Microsoft and Xbox are banking on it being better to be late than not at all with the announcement of its first-ever handheld device, the ROG Xbox Ally. Revealed three days after the Nintendo Switch 2 dropped, Microsoft expects to drop the new device that allows users to access their Game Pass library while on the move toward the end of 2025.
