Longtime Green Bay Packers fan Lil Wayne is partnering with the NFL and Mitchell & Ness to produce a series of limited-edition apparel collections moving forward. In celebration of this week’s NFL Draft being in Green Bay, the first drop will feature tees, hoodies, and jerseys inspired by Green Bay’s “Cheesehead” culture as well as the rapper’s upcoming album, Tha Carter VI. Future collections with other NFL teams are expected throughout the year.

In a move to expand Death Row Records into Death Row Pictures, MC-turned-multi-hyphenate Snoop Dogg is entering the on-screen storytelling world. Deadline reports that a new venture with NBCUniversal will expand the artist’s award-winning production efforts. Coming on the heels of Snoop’s standout work at the Paris Olympics with NBC, this creative partnership will bring hip-hop ethos to sports, streaming, and TV, including the upcoming Snoop biopic.

2023 US Open champ Coco Gauff unveiled a new collaboration Wednesday with New Balance and Miu Miu. Gauff will rock these pieces on court for tournaments in Rome, Berlin, and Cincinnati, but some looks function as off-court pieces as well. Co-branded versions of Gauff’s second signature New Balance tennis shoe are also reimagined for this drop. The New Balance x Miu Miu with Coco Gauff collection will be available for purchase on Sept. 10.

Adidas is investing in the future of football. On Wednesday afternoon, the Three Stripes announced the signings of 12 NFL Draft prospects, led by Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter, Jalon Walker, and Shemar Stewart. The soon-to-be rookies will join All-Pro partners Patrick Mahomes, Micah Parsons, and more as NFL ambassadors for the German sportswear company.

Gucci, which made up 63% of owner Kering’s operating profit in 2024, saw its sales fall 25% in Q1, down 18% year-over-year. This led to Kering, which also owns luxury brands such as Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, recording first-quarter revenue of €3.88 billion ($4.43 billion), a 14% dip in overall company sales. In an effort to eventually close 50 underperforming boutiques, the Paris-based firm also shuttered 25 of its 1,800 stores in Q1 to help cut costs in a slow luxury market.

Jeezy is commemorating the 20th anniversary of Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, the commercial debut and overall third studio album, with a black-tie symphonic tour. Per the Variety exclusive, DJ Drama will join as a special guest, with festivities beginning June 27 in Miami before making stops in New York, Jeezy’s hometown of Atlanta, Dallas, and Washington, D.C., before wrapping up in Detroit on Sept. 12. Presale begins Thursday at 10 a.m. ET. 

As the fashion world waits with anticipation for what Lewis Hamilton will wear at next month’s Met Gala, the Ferrari driver teased his second capsule with Dior, arriving in stores July 3. Based on his worldwide travels, the looks explore Afrofuturism, with Dior adding that it “celebrates performance, excellence and innovation, while demonstrating virtuoso accomplishments in terms of sustainability.” Pieces include matching sets, jackets, work boots, graphic sweaters, and sneakers.

Faith Kipyegon will attempt to shave nearly eight seconds off her current world record as she seeks to become the first woman ever to break the four-minute mark in the distance as part of Nike’s Breaking4 project. The four-time Olympic medalist will make one attempt to cement her name in history at the Stade Charléty in Paris on June 26.

Dominic Sessa, who starred in The Holdovers, has signed on to play food and travel legend Anthony Bourdain in the upcoming A24 biopic titled “Tony.” The film will also star Antonio Banderas in an unspecified role. Filming is expected to begin next month, with the movie focusing on a 20-year-old Bourdain living in Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Kendrick Lamar leads the pack for this year’s American Music Awards nominations with 10, including for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for “Not Like Us.” In second is Post Malone with eight nods, while Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey each picked up seven. Hosted by Jennifer Lopez, the 51st AMAs is scheduled for May 26 in Las Vegas.
