Nike and Kim Kardashian are joining forces for a new brand called NikeSKIMS, The Swoosh announced Tuesday. Inspired by her billion-dollar SKIMS shapewear line, the release says pieces aim to disrupt the industry with “best-in-class innovation in service of all women athletes.” The inaugural collection drops nationwide this spring, with a global expansion next year.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris is attending the NAACP Image Awards, with organizers confirming Tuesday that she will receive the esteemed Chairman’s Award on Saturday during the ceremony. Past winners of the accolade include former President Barack ObamaSamuel L. Jackson, and Tyler Perry.

NBC shared that Saturday Night Live‘s 50th-anniversary celebration on Sunday recorded an average of 14.8 million viewers, the network’s most-watched primetime entertainment telecast in five years since the 2020 Golden Globes. It was also the fourth most-watched entertainment telecast on Peacock, trailing only the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on three separate occasions, NBC added.

Sabrina Ionescu is embarking on her first Asia tour, kicking things off with a visit to Manila on March 10. The Nike signature athlete will then head to Guangzhou for a two-day stint before finishing the jaunt in Hong Kong on March 16. During those stops, Ionescu will host youth basketball camps, unveil a new Sabrina 2 collab, visit local schools, and more. 

Captain America: Brave New World exceeded expectations and dominated the holiday weekend box office, with the superhero flick recording a four-day domestic opening of $100 million, including $88.4 million over the typical three-day window. Worldwide, the film sits at $192.4 million after raking in $92.4 million overseas.

The official lineup for Roots Picnic 2025 has officially been revealed. Headlining the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on May 31 and June 1 is D’Angelo alongside The Roots, as well as Lenny Kravitz and Philly native Meek Mill. Others confirmed to hit the stage are GloRilla, Tems, Miguel, Latto, Kaytranada, Jeezy, Pusha T, and 2 Chainz. More will be announced in the coming weeks.

Saint Laurent is going into the restaurant business with its first restaurant in Paris. Sushi Park is located in the basement of the newly renovated Saint Laurent Rive Droite boutique on rue Saint-Honoré and opens Friday.

Overtime and the NWSL announced Tuesday a content partnership catering to its Gen-Z audience, the media company’s first with a professional women’s league. Beginning with the 2025 season, the NWSL will provide Overtime access to a number of moments throughout the year, including the full regular season, playoffs, championship, and Challenge Cup, providing its online audience game highlights, behind-the-scenes access to players, and more.

In his annual letter to employees, Hearst CEO Steve Swartz said the company hit a record of $13 billion in revenue for 2024, largely due to political advertising. As the firm looks ahead into what Swartz believes will be a more challenging 2025, the CEO added that profits will be largely driven by B2B enterprises, which accounted for 50% of the company’s earnings in 2024, a 15% jump from a decade ago.

Dior is launching a retro-inspired golf collection alongside its Pre-Fall menswear line. Designed by former creative director Kim Jones, the capsule boasts preppy pieces like polo shirts, V-neck sweaters, and Bermuda shorts.
