Serena Williams cleared another hurdle toward a potential return to professional tennis after being listed as eligible to compete starting Feb. 22, following six months in the sportโ€™s drug-testing program. The 23-time Grand Slam singles champion, now 44, appears on the International Tennis Integrity Agencyโ€™s (ITIA) reinstatement list after initially registering last August. However, it remains unclear if, when, or where Williams will actually compete. Under ITIA rules, athletes who retire and later return must be available for drug testing for six months before resuming competition.

Bad Bunny used the Super Bowl Halftime Showโ€™s massive global stage to debut his new signature sneaker, the Adidas BadBo 1.0, during his performance at Leviโ€™s Stadium. Inspired by โ€™90s athletic and skate culture, the mid-top shoe features a sculptural silhouette with premium suede, nubuck, and mesh, opting for a winged midfoot support and patterned cutouts instead of traditional Three Stripes branding. Built with an EVA midsole and translucent rubber outsole, the sneaker blends high-end materials with experimental design. At its core is the BadBo star logo, inspired by the Puerto Rican flag, with the shoe selling out nearly instantly upon release.ย 

Cadillac unveiled its 2026 Formula 1 race livery during a Super Bowl commercial that featured John F. Kennedyโ€™s iconic 1962 Rice University moon speech. The reveal showcased an asymmetrical design, predominantly white on one side and black on the other, as Cadillac prepares to join F1 as the gridโ€™s 11th team when the season begins next month. Veteran drivers Sergio Pรฉrez and Valtteri Bottas will lead the team in its debut season. While the car is being designed and built in Silverstone, the team plans to shift much of its operation to Fishers, Indiana, in the coming years.

Boardroom partnered with Tao Group Hospitalityโ€™s Crane Club to debut the Crane Club x Boardroom Big Game Hospitality House, a private, members-only space offering elevated dining, VIP hospitality, and exclusive live programming during Big Game weekend. Festivities began with a late-night party headlined by a DJ set from Chase B, drawing high-profile guests including Travis Scott, Meek Mill, and NFL star Davante Adams. From Feb. 6-7, the venue welcomed Boardroom Members Club, Crane Club members, and select partners, attracting leaders and celebrities across sports, entertainment, and business.

Sinners has officially joined the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood as a new exhibit within the tourโ€™s โ€œStage 48: Script to Screenโ€ section, running through March 31. The display features costumes worn by Michael B. Jordan (Smoke and Stack), Miles Caton (Sammie), and Wunmi Mosaku (Annie), along with set elements, props, and prosthetics that immerse guests in Clarkesville and Club Juke. Also showcased is the 1932 Dobro Cyclops resonator guitar played by Sammie in the film. Composer Ludwig Gรถransson also used the guitar to perform the movieโ€™s score.

Snoop Dogg has teamed up with Italian luxury label Moschino on a limited-edition two-piece capsule featuring a winter-themed T-shirt ($310) and sweatshirt ($555). The matching designs showcase a stylized skier soaring above a snowy mountain, paired with Snoopโ€™s official logo and Moschinoโ€™s branding. The collab is fitting as Snoop is currently on assignment with NBC covering the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan.

Don Argott and Sheena M. Joyceโ€™s 9.14 Pictures has begun production on an untitled documentary celebrating the life of late comedian and actor Bob Saget. Directed by Argott and Joyce, the film examines the contrast between Sagetโ€™s wholesome TV persona and his raw stand-up comedy, drawing from intimate family access, fellow comics, rare home videos, and never-before-seen footage. The project follows 9.14โ€™s recent success with Taylor Swift: The End of an Era, now Disney+โ€™s most-watched documentary series, and Kelce, which became Prime Videoโ€™s most-watched U.S. documentary film after its 2023 release.

Variety and CNN are hosting a special town hall conversation featuring Timothรฉe Chalamet and Matthew McConaughey. The event reunites the actors, who played father and son in Christopher Nolanโ€™s Interstellar, and will be filmed before a live audience of students at the University of Texas at Austin. The discussion explores their creative processes and influential roles, and includes an audience Q&A. A CNN & Variety Town Hall Event: Timothรฉe Chalamet and Matthew McConaughey airs Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. ET on CNN and will stream on CNNโ€™s platform.

YouTube TV announced Monday a new sports-focused monthly plan that offers most live sports for roughly a $20 discount compared to its standard package. Priced at about $65 per month for existing subscribers (or $55 per month for new subscribers during the first year), the plan includes major broadcast networks and sports channels such as ESPN, FS1, NBC Sports Network, TNT, TBS, TruTV, USA Network, and NFL Network. As part of its renewed agreement with Disney, ESPNโ€™s $30-per-month Unlimited streaming service will be included at no extra cost in the Sports Plan beginning this fall.

Jimmy โ€œMrBeastโ€ Donaldson has acquired the financial services firm Step through his company Beast Industries, though financial terms were not disclosed. Step, an all-in-one money app with more than 7 million users and over $500 million raised, offers savings tools, a credit-building Visa card, and cash-advance services for young people. Valued at $5.2 billion in 2024, Beast Industries plans to expand consumer products and services for MrBeastโ€™s audience of more than 450 million YouTube subscribers. The acquisition aligns with broader expansion efforts, including the upcoming launch of Beast Mobile.
