Welcome to the Boardroom x FanDuel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), where one (1) winner will receive a NationalBasketball Association (‘NBA”) jersey, a pair of basketball shoes and either Bonus Bets available for use only on theFanDuel Sportsbook app (“Sportsbook Bonus Bets”) equal to one hundred dollars ($100) or site credit available foruse only on FanDuel Daily Fantasy Sports (“DFS Site Credit”) equal to one hundred dollars ($100), as further describedin Section 5 below.The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US LLC (“FanDuel” or “Sponsor”), located at 6701 Center DriveWest, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person who participates in thisSweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all ofthese Sweepstakes “Official Rules.” Sweepstakes participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor. - Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will begin on or around 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 12, 2024, and all entries must bereceived by 11:59 p.m. ET on the day of the final NBA game actually played in the 2024 NBA Finals (the “SweepstakesPeriod”). - Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age andphysically present in the District of Columbia or at least twenty one (21) years of age and physically present in the Statesof Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (excluding the following parishes:Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll and Winn), Maryland, Massachusetts,Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia orWyoming, or (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age and physically present in a legal Daily Fantasy Sports state, at leastnineteen (19) years of age if in the State of Alabama and at least twenty one (21) years of age if in the States of Arizona,Iowa, Louisiana or Massachusetts. If your Social Security number is associated with another FanDuel Account (asdefined below) in Sponsor’s database, you may only enter into this Sweepstakes one (1) time with respect to all suchFanDuel Accounts participating in this Sweepstakes. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Boardroom 35, LLC(“Boardroom”) and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising andpromotion agencies, prize providers, retailers, distributors (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of suchemployees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or receive the Prize. For purposes of thisSweepstakes, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws,grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and “those living in the same household” shall mean people whoshare the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. A person cannot be an eligibleparticipant or winner if such person is a person: (i) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing businessunder regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury (including thosenamed on OFAC’s Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) or under any statute or executive order; or (ii) whois acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person. Void where prohibited by law. Individuals who haveentered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinosby a government agency, Sponsor or any of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a DisassociatedPatrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or itsaffiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or receive the Prize.Participants physically located in Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Washington are not eligible to enter paid entrycontests. FanDuel makes no representation that participation in paid entry fantasy sports contests is lawful under Texasstate law. - Action Required
Eligible individuals must have an Instagram account (“Instagram Account”), to participate in this Sweepstakes. If you don’t already have an Instagram Account, visit https://www.instagram.com/ to create an Instagram Account; creating an Instagram Account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram Account, you will be required to agree to the Instagram terms of service and consent to the Instagram privacy policy. If you do not agree to Instagram’s terms of service and consent to Instagram’s privacy policy, you cannot create an Instagram Account or participate in this Sweepstakes.Then, using your Instagram Account, during the Sweepstakes Period, you must (i) follow Boardroom’s official Instagram account, @Boardroom, and follow FanDuel Sportsbook’s official Instagram account, @FDSportsbook, and (ii) comment on the Sweepstakes call-to-action posted by Boardroom’s official Instagram account, @Boardroom (the “Sweepstakes Post”), tagging two (2) friends’ Instagram handles using the “@” functionality. Completion of the foregoing steps will earn eligible individuals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and location) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Entry or social media or other account for the domain associated with the submitted address provided that person is eligible. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. “Registered account holder” is defined as the person assigned to an email address or username by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or usernames. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor’s designated database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in any entry/required form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All entrants submitting materials/content as part of the Sweepstakes will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Sweepstakes Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant’s name, social media account username and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof. Entrants represent and warrant that the materials submitted will not infringe or violate any right whatsoever, including, without limitation, any personal rights (e.g., defamation, privacy, false light, moral right, etc.) or any property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, right to ideas, etc.) of any person or entity and the use thereof will result in no third party liability or obligations. The Sweepstakes Entities may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) campaign, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other. - Claiming Sweepstakes Prize/Odds
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received in accordance with these OfficialRules, on or around the next day after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will receive (i) one (1) official NBAjersey of any player on either of the two (2) NBA teams to make the NBA Finals or as otherwise stated by Sponsor orBoardroom in its sole and absolute discretion, of winner’s choice (with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of onehundred fifty dollars ($150)), (ii) a pair of basketball sneakers of winner’s choice from a selection provided by Sponsoror Boardroom in its sole and absolute discretion (with an ARV of one hundred fifty dollars ($150)), and (iii) either onehundred dollars ($100) in Sportsbook Bonus Bets or one hundred dollars ($100) in DFS Site Credit, depending onwhether the winner has an active Sportsbook Account (as defined below) or an active DFS Account (as defined below)based on the state they are physically located in (or, if the winner has both accounts active, winner may choose to receive either Sportsbook Bonus Bets or DFS Site Credit) (collectively, the “Prize”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official “Winner” of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received. The purchase of any goods or services will not increase any participant’s chances of winning.Winner will be notified via direct message to their Instagram Account used to submit their Entry in a commerciallyreasonably time after the drawing, and Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with their active FanDuel Accountusername to confirm compliance with these Official Rules and receive the Prize. Notification is deemed to have occurredimmediately upon the sending of a direct message to your Instagram Account that you are the potential Winner. Winner must communicate to Sponsor with their FanDuel Account username within the timeframe specified by Sponsorotherwise the Prize may be forfeited. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic communications thatare undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’sInstagram Account to receive direct messages.Winner will receive a link via email to their email address associated with their FanDuel Account or will otherwise sendSponsor or Boardroom an acceptable mailing address and other required information (e.g., by communicating suchinformation over Instagram direct message) after Winner notification to receive the jersey and sneakers, as determinedby and communicated to Winner by Sponsor or Boardroom. Winner must provide the requested information in thetimeframe specified by Sponsor or Boardroom for their jersey and sneakers to be physically delivered to them, otherwise the Prize may be forfeited. Winner will have an opportunity to select their jersey and sneaker sizes from the available options listed by Sponsor or Boardroom (or their third-party designees). Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor or Boardroom (or their third-party designees), if Winner provides a P.O. Box, Winner may be required to provide analternative address and this may cause a delay in notification and acceptance, so use of a P.O. Box is discouraged. Thejersey and sneakers will be mailed to the physical address provided by Winner within a commercially reasonable timeafter Sponsor or Boardroom receives an acceptable mailing address from Winner, or as otherwise specified by Sponsor.Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor or Boardroom (or their third-party designees), the jersey and sneakers will only bemailed to an address located in the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.Sportsbook Bonus Bets may be used to wager on any market available on the FanDuel Sportsbook app except forRound Robin wagers. If a wager placed using a Sportsbook Bonus Bet wins, you will receive as withdrawable cash thewinnings portion of such wager and will not receive the stake portion (in cash or site credit) from such wager. Sportsbook Bonus Bets can be found in the bet slip window of your Sportsbook Account. If you are the Winner, Sportsbook Bonus Bets will be credited to your Sportsbook Account or DFS Site Credit will be credited to your DFS Account within seventy two (72) hours of your selection as the Winner.The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.The potential Winner may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility / release of liability / Prize acceptance agreement (collectively, the “Affidavit”) and return the Affidavit within the time period specified at notification before being eligible to receive their Prize. If the potential Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. The SweepstakesEntities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessfulefforts to notify the potential Winner. If the potential Winner fails to respond and/or collect their Prize within the timeperiod specified by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such potentialWinner and to select an alternate potential Winner from the remaining qualifying participants. If the potential Winner isfound to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or if the potential Winner cannot redeem any portion of the Prize, or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. If, for any reason, more bona fide Winners come forward seeking to claim Prize in excess of the number of each type of Prize set forth in these Official Rules, the Winner, or remaining Winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of Prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such Prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes and of selection of the Winner. Decisions of Sponsor as to the selection of the Winner will be final.Prize recipient will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associatedwith the Prize received, regardless of whether the Prize, in whole or in part, is used. Prize is non-transferable, with noequivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All Prize details not specified in theseOfficial Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject tochange and Prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the Winner withtheir Prize, Sponsor may elect to provide Winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternateprize of comparable or greater value. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied(including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to the Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner. An unclaimed Prize will be forfeited. The Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize or any Prize (or portion thereof) that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address, account name, etc. If the Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Entities will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. The total ARV of all Prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is four hundred dollars ($400). The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, and Winner will not receive the difference between, the actual value of the Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. - Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals must register for an active FanDuel member account and verify youridentity in order to play on the FanDuel Sportsbook app (“Sportsbook Account”). In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3 above, FanDuel reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrictyour eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wageringpatterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Sweepstakesis void where prohibited by law. Sportsbook Bonus Bets may be used to wager on any market available on the FanDuel Sportsbook app except forRound Robin wagers. - Restrictions on Withdrawal
Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sportsbook Bonus Bets and DFSSite Credit are non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable. Any unused portion ofthe Sportsbook Bonus Bets or DFS Site Credit will be automatically withdrawn from your applicable FanDuelAccount seven (7) days after being credited to such FanDuel Account. Deposited funds that have not been playedmay be refunded at any time. - Complaints and Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Sweepstakes at any time, please contact customer support athttps://support.fanduel.com/s/. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your FanDuelAccount without restriction. However, any Sportsbook Bonus Bet or DFS Site Credit amount in your applicable FanDuelAccount may not be withdrawn. Administration:
Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any timewithout prior notice or consent. Administration of this Sweepstakes is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any person from participating in this Sweepstakes for any reason. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or Prize. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (ii) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike manner. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Sweepstakes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members.
Release and Waiver of Liability:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, defend, indemnifyand hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, Instagram and each of their directors, officers, employees, representativesand agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (includingattorneys’ fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses inconnection with: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Prize, or while preparingfor, participating in, and/or traveling to any Sweepstakes-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor’sown negligence; (iii) compliance with any FanDuel or other terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms andconditions; (iv) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation orportrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or thePrize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to thedelivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Prize.
Publicity:
Subject to applicable law, Winner irrevocably grants the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their licensees,and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likenessand/or biographical material, location, social media posts (including handles) and/or photos and videos tagged inresponse to any Sweepstakes posts, for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with theSweepstakes, in all forms of media and by any and all means and media (now and hereafter known), and on and inconnection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed),worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for the awarding of the Prize to theWinner. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Winner agrees to refrain from any behavior or communication that wouldharm the image or reputation of the Sweepstakes Entities or the FanDuel user community. Participants agree that theirnames, location, social media posts (including handles) and/or photos and videos tagged in response to anySweepstakes posts, may be used for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with theSweepstakes, in all forms of media and by any and all means and media (now and hereafter known), and on and inconnection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed),worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration.
No Third-Party Sponsor:
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in associationwith, any person or other entity, including any third party, other than FanDuel. Instagram, Facebook and X, collectively“Social Media Sites” are not sponsors, endorsers, or affiliated in any way with the Sweepstakes. All questions regardingthe Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not any Social Media Site. You agree as a condition of participating inthe Sweepstakes that you shall release Social Media Sites from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your Entry, creation of an Entry, submission of an Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an Entry.
Governing Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of theseOfficial Rules or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will begoverned by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to anychoice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
Dispute Resolution:
You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arisingout of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions setforth in the “Binding arbitration and class action waiver” Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use(https://www.fanduel.com/terms). This Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use requires you to resolve disputes by bindingarbitration and you agree to waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENTPERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISINGOUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY,WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (II) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDSWILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEEDTEN DOLLARS ($10), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (III)UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, ANDENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THANACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVEDAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (IV) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO ACLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEKINJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. Miscellaneous:
No waiver of any of the provisions of these Official Rules shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiverof any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. Ifany provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, suchprovision shall be severed from the remainder of these Official Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience ofreference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in anySweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Entry Information and Sweepstakes Communications:
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrantgives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes Winner’s list.
Winner’s List:
To receive any legally required list of the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope,within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, to: “Boardroom x FanDuel Sweepstakes Winner’s List,”Betfair Interactive US LLC, Attn: Legal Department, 300 Park Avenue South, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Pleasebe sure to indicate which sweepstakes winners list you are requesting by referencing the name of the Sweepstakes inyour request.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE SPONSOR’S WEBSITES OR APPS OR TO UNDERMINE THELEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PROMOTION OFFERED BY SPONSOR IS AVIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVESTHE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BYLAW.
