Rihanna Announces Savage X Fenty Fashion Show Return 

All eyes on Rih. The Barbadian superstar has a huge year ahead, as she prepares for the Super Bowl Halftime Show. As rumors swirl about the potential for new music and even a possible stadium tour next summer, the billionaire is taking things to the catwalk. Rihanna announced the Savage X Fenty Vol. 4 fashion show, which will take place on Nov. 4 exclusively on Prime Video. The past versions of the show have brought out a wide range of models and performers, from Erykah Badu to 21 Savage and Lizzo to Cindy Crawford.

University of Tennessee Rides Alabama Upset into Top 3 AP Poll Ranking

Break out the orange and white checkerboard. The University of Tennessee stunned Alabama on Saturday with a 52-49 victory at Neyland Stadium. Now the Vols are rising up the rankings, jumping three spots and taking the No. 3 in the AP Poll. Georgia and Ohio State held onto their No. 1 and 2 positions. Meanwhile, Michigan and Clemson swapped the No. 4 and 5 spots.

Michelle Beadle, Chandler Parsons, & Shams Charania to Front New FanDuel TV NBA Show

FanDuel TV is all in on the 2022-23 NBA season. The 24/7 channel announced on Monday that it will provide key basketball insights with its new show Run it Back, which premieres today at 10:00 AM and will stream each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The show will be co-hosted by former ESPN host Michelle Beadle and NBA alum Chandler Parsons. The Athletic’s Shams Charania will serve as a routine contributor and Boardroom’s Eddie Gonzalez will appear as on-air talent. The show will lead into the channel’s marquee offering, Up and Adams with Kay Adams.

Snoop Dogg Channels His Inner Larry David with New Video

Snoop Dogg found some unlikely inspiration for his most recent music video. The West Coast rapper revealed the visuals for “Crip Ya Enthusiasm.” In it, he channels Curb Your Enthusiasm star Larry David. However, Snoop didn’t rely on a character study but rather produced the whole thing using high-tech sensors and Web3 animation, in partnership with Astro Project. The song even samples the hit HBO show’s theme song.

Mastercard Lends Cryptocurrency Assistance to Big Banks

Mastercard has long held the tagline that it is “everywhere you want to be.” The popular credit card company is now taking that motto into the cryptocurrency space. CNBC reports that Mastercard will serve as a bridge payment method between consumers and banks. As part of the agreement, it “will handle regulatory compliance and security.” The move is expected to enable more people to get involved in crypto in a lower-stakes way.

Houston Dash, San Diego Wave Smash NWSL Playoff Attendance Records

The NWSL playoffs are upon us. As six teams quest towards the Oct. 29 championship in Washington, DC, the women’s soccer league made history two times on Sunday. The official NWSL Twitter account reported that the Houston Dash‘s matchup against the Kansas City Current drew 21,284 fans, making it the highest-attended playoff game in history. However, just a few hours later, the account overrode itself, saying “records are made to be broken” as the San Diego Wave logged yet another attendance record, bringing in 26,215 for its game against the Chicago Red Stars. San Diego and Kansas City each advanced to the semifinals.
